I got this lovely girl as a Christmas raffle gift from isn't she gorgeous?

Doing reference sheets for all my characters between work for other people. Expect some awesome characters to pop up soon;I'm super-excited to share them with you guys!
The seasons idea was inspired by *xRhythmOfLove

Trying out a new reference sheet style The markings are symmetrical on both sides My first horse with a long, long tail too xD I thought about giving her flowers in her hair, but then it looked to too OTT in the sketch so I took them out.
I can't draw trees However, this is a massive improvement from the last tree with blossoms I drew xD

Winter - Bare branches and no flowers
Spring - Branches still visible with a few pink and white blossoms
Summer - Branches are hardly visible and covered with red, pink and light pink blossoms
Autumn - Blossoms start to fall off the trees and the branches are more visible. The blossoms are supposed to be blown by the wind - that's why they're scattered across her body.

Trivia: Her eye colour was a dusky pink but I then changed it to roughly the same colour as the Tooth Fairy's eyes in 'Rise of the Guardians'.

Info: Ever since she was little, Cerise has been curious of her purpose in life. She's quite the philosopher, questioning everything's existence and purpose. She also has natural ability to easily gain the trust of creatures around her, making her have a wide variety of equine, avian, cervid, canine and feline friends. When she was little, she was her parent's prize jewel, and they tried to use her to gain allegiances by offering her as a mate to herd lead stallions or their sons. Not only were her markings unusual, other horses also loved her lilting, attractive French accent. When she came of age, her parents eventually shipped her off to the herd - and the stallion - that made the best deal. Cerise had met the stallion who she was to be mated to before, and she didn't really have any quarrel with him. However, after a while of living with the stallion she was to be with, she discovered another side to him. He was nasty and brutal - mostly to other horses - but he would also take his anger out on Cerise. It seemed to be a trait he took from his father, the lead stallion. Eventually, the stallion's mother and the lead mare helped Cerise escape one night, not wanting the little mare to have her fate become the same as hers. Cerise now wanders around; a rogue occasionally staying a night or two with a herd but never staying. She hopes that one day she'll find a place to settle down, or maybe it's her fate to continue wandering endlessly.
