Her name is Siren!

I was just trying to get a front shot of her so people could see her outfit a little easier. When drawing her, draw her cloak as if you're drawing a pair of wings, don't show arms, just the cloak acting in its stead.

I'm sorry, I really don't know what the rest of her looks like under the cloak, what I got from the adopt was all I have of her as far as outfit goes.

I went a little wacky with the hair xD; It lays down too, I just wanted it to look flowy or "alive/whimsical" in this pic. It WAS going to be a bigger pic, I just lost interest in finishing it Q Q;
