Description
For , it's her character together with Darkrai. I decided to make this picture with my coloured pencils entirely, because it has been a while since I have used purely traditional means of drawing. And because I have a set of coloured pencils (called Polycolour Koh-I-Noor, similiar to the Polychromos that Faber Castell has to offer).And I also wanted to break the curse of not submitting anything for such a long time. Hmm, usually I don't post that much Pokemon on here, but well, whatever. I still have to finish the next YSSWG page and some other pictures and ideas that are floating around in my head, but the next semester is starting this Tuesday and I still have to hunt for documents for Canada. I am still very nervous about this, because I still don't know the environment there and have to hunt for a place to live while still being in Germany, which means I cannot go around and introduce myself to potential roommates. But maybe my supervising professor can help me out with looking for a place.
Anyways, enjoy the picture.
It was much fun to draw this. Maybe I should have put more shading on the white parts though.

Coincidentally, the sister of the husband of my great-aunt live in Vancouver, as I found out. Maybe they can help me if need be, even though I don't really know them and we are not related by blood.
Yes, most anime characters should have more clothes that always wearing the same.

I must admit that it's always bothering me. In the most Animes the people fight so damn hard almost every day, sweating and bleeding and ripping each other's clothes apart. They must have an instant washing machine in their pockets, oooor everyone of them is just disgusting xD

Hm, at least in Sailor Moon, there was some variety of clothes that the characters had in their everyday lives. But besides that.
Now that I think about that, I am kinda guilty of that myself with my characters who also often wear the same clothes.

I don't think its that wrong to make a character often wear the same thing. everyone has a favourite outfit to wear. Plus, it's too bad but a character is more easily recognizeable when the clothes look the same.

I think you've done very well, and portrayed Darkrai in a really positive light. The colours are absolutely gorgeous, and the shading is wonderful.

While the trilogy about Palkia, Dialga, Giratina and Arceus didn't make much sense to me (Gosh, the plotholes in those Pokemon movies!! o_o), I kinda liked Darkrai.
Would you believe I had no idea what to actually do as the background? Then I remembered I have this landscape-coloured-pencil set.
