You know, one thing I always like to say about constructive criticism, as well, is this (maybe you can throw that in the face of your peers who mistake "criticism" for "flaming": if someone feels inclined to write you a detailed report about what he thinks could be done better, it must be because feels that you have the talent to achieve it.No one makes such an effort and analyses your work if he only wants to P** you off.
