Ya see, their similar appearance is where their similarities end.
In game, Mary was never meant to be a regular character. She was more of a ghostly figure similar to Golden Freddy, that's why she was always referred to as an "easteregg."
Impure Mouse on the other hand, was meant to be a regular character that would attack the player on a regular basis. She has full voice lines, unlike Mary.
PN and Willy and the other hand, the only difference between them is their appearance. Other than that, Willy was just a replacement to PN.
