Description
The main reason I don't draw his jacket all the time is because it takes effort XD. Effort which I could be using to work on the background. Seriously though, with his jacket, it's got black trim which means more stuff to fill in with the magic wand. Not to mention four new colors that need sampling (the black and blue of his jacket with the shade and base colors)

I'm trying gradually to master Pokemon backgrounds. However the green terrain is the only one I feel I'm doing good in.
