Description
Crudely done (no fancy graphics or fonts) but it covers an important, common problem I see that a lot of people seem to have. Of course I'm no experty, this is just my theory on how it works; how I get around it.I think it's reliable though because I use my Mikuru pvc figure and someother anime figures for reference and study. I haven't found an anime head that was posable like something you'd find on posemaniacs. If there's something like that out there, posting a link to it would be very helpful.
And I wasn't sure what category to put this in. Are anime characters humans? Or are they misc?

It's an old and crappy tutorial. One day I'll release a better tutorial but quality takes time.

Not to be rude or anything, But you really shouldn't be teaching at your level, this picture looks uncompleted and unprofessional, it''s messy and it'd be hard to learn with this.

I'm working on a revision. I should probably remove this anyway. It's a bit embarrassing.

Nah it's ok, I don't get enough criticism these days. I'm rather awkward with this chin concept but I was just trying to give an idea of what the chin would look like.

They are humans, I'd say.
But on the picture with his face turned up... His chin would be flipped the other way as well as his mouth. His eyes should be thinner and rounded the same way as the facial shape goes, and his nose isn't indicating any perspective either, so I'd guess that it would have to be shaped more like a pyramid with its top facing upwards.
As for the last point, you're right, but the human skull has a different structure, so it depends a lot on your personal drawing style as well. And how realistic you want it to look.
So, before you make a tutorial, study faces more, look at other manga artists' drawings, it's easier to find the lines there than on a 3D figure until you've learned those shapes.
Now, I didn't want to be mean or anything to you, I am just trying to tell you some useful things about anatomy and where to find the answers ;> good luck!
