Well I did it. Looneytunerian and other people wanted one.To be honest, when I was trying to learn the style, I had no tutorials so I had to learn from what I observed. You all be greatful this tutorial exists today.
Forgive the plain look of the tutorial. I wanted to get it over with since I'm notorious for not finishing things I start. My dad is too, or else our house would be fully fixed.

It's a little out-dated. I've been meaning to update my tutorials but there's only do much I can do at one time

I think it's still pretty good. The one thing I can see that might improve it would be percentile marks to denote precise proportions--granted, people aren't often going to be using those in the long run, but part of it is just muscle-memory.
