Welp, here is this month's thing, besides Sonic's Birthday. I didn’t have time for a Father’s Day picture, but I knew I wanted to do something like this for a while. Plus it shows something new.

Yes, I finally found out how to shade, and I love it. It’s better than what I would try to do. I learned this from this video. Thank you . The video helped a lot since I have been wanting to do some shading but didn’t really like the airbrush method. I am very excited to use it for the future and I hope now my pictures will pop more.

With that out of the way, let’s talk about the couples here.

Whispangle! This was the first couple I decided to draw and started this Picture. Actually, it was this picture here that started it all, and inspired Whisper’s cloak that she’s wearing. In my head, Tangle reveals to Whisper her feelings for her and asks her to at least go on a battle date. Whisper, not sure how to handle it, decides that a battle date is too confusing and says she would enjoy a nice dinner date instead. That’s how they got together in my canon. Also, the cloak was something Whisper wanted. When Whisper saw it, she just wanted to wear it for special dates with Tangle, because Tangle got it for her as a present.

OLDER Ginger and Pele! So, obviously, Ginger and Pele are young kids in the present right now. So let’s take a look into the future for these two. Since Ginger deals with Dreams and Nightmares, she needs to have a weapon on hand all the time. Pele gained a job as the Librarian for Hallow, she loves reading and wanted to see more stories of the different worlds around her. She also helps Ginger when dealing with Phobia-based Nightmares. Unlike Princess Luna from MLP: FIM who stays awake during the night and sleeps during the Day, sometimes, Ginger actually goes using her powers when she sleeps. This kind of means that Ginger needs to sleep with her weapon nearby in a sleeve, she’s not that ignorant. Ginger does like Pele but she can’t word her feelings that well. She is also glad that Hallow has no rule against marrying those who are not Royals as Royal Gifts work differently in Hallow, so she’s just waiting for the right time to tell Pele that she wants to go out on a date. Pele herself makes it known that she likes Ginger. She loves everything about her. Even complimenting the Youngest Prower’s new colored ear tips and Arm Markings. Overall, when these two get together, Pele wants to help in any way with Ginger and her powers. Even if it’s helping Ginger draw the line with helping many.

MOBIAN Lumity! This was one of the Couples I wanted to draw here. But since I can’t draw Humans to save my life, I wanted to draw Mobian ones. Which meant I needed to get creative, as Amity in “The Owl House” has pointed ears and Luz has normal Human Ears. So how do you do that with Mobians? Make rare animal species from an animal group inhabit the Boiling Isles! Luz gained her colors from her parents, Manny being mainly chocolate color, and Camila gave Luz her normal fur color. It is actually Luz’s Hair and skin color, but her skin looked like a darker version of a Cinnamon Color Cat, and her hair looked like a Chocolate Color Cat that I just used her regular body colors and used Blaze’s white muzzle color for the muzzle. And I did draw her Epilogue Outfit, though I couldn’t figure out where to put her eyebrow scar since most female eyebrows are barely in existence unless their face moves it. Maybe if I make another Owl House Mobian, I can try to add her scar. Amity was very easy since I wanted something unique. I could have made Luz a snake but I felt like she better fit a cat than a snake. Plus Stringbean is a Snake-Shifter with Cat ears, while Luz has a connection to Snakes she fits more as a cat. As for Amity, I went with her being a Ghost Bat. In the Mobian Boiling Isles, all flying Mobians don’t really use their wings anymore and just use their Palismans to fly. So over time, only Magical things can fly, and not the many Mobians that had wings can actually fly. So, that’s an In-World explanation for why Amity isn’t flying with her wings and is riding Ghost. I wanted to do this couple because I really loved watching the Owl House and really fell in love with Lumity, as well as Huntllow, and Raeda. Yeah, the Owl House is very big and I love it!

Eclipse and His Partner! So this is the first art appearance of Eclipse the Darkling. So, Eclipse has a VERY different Story than His ORIGINAL Counterpart in Archie Sonic’s Post-Genesis-Wave, but his story is separated into two stories. One of them is “Surprise Surprise” “The Ark Christmas Story”, and I have been in a writing block for that one and have yet to get a good idea to make that one last over a few parts. The other involves a story I want to release in early fall, around September at least. But I can’t say the same for the person flirting with him. The person walking past him is Pitaya Bayleaf the Galactic-Panda. Pitaya is based around Pale Bayleaf and Raine Whispers, so Pitaya is a They/Them person. Big question out of the way, how is there a Mobian in Space? Pitaya is an Orphan who was adopted by a Seedrian Couple who didn’t have kids at the time. Pitaya’s Real Parents died on Aranyani and he was made a Citizen of the Green Gate City. Where Pitaya is originally from is a place where moved Mobians have been for thousands of years. So, here’s what I mean. After the Ancients came to Mobius and had the “Inkwell of Magic” placed on Mobius, the native species started to change, in different ways. Mobius started anew in this universe, and things were still left behind by Humans, such as humans that decide to start from scratch. But the many animal species change as well, on their own will. Some stay the same and stay small, while many learned how to walk and talk with the Ancients. But when The Entity (AKA The End) came to Mobius, the Ancients decided to do something for the Mobians. At the time, they didn’t know about the Mutated Humans who were affected by the “Inkwell of Magic”, so they gathered as many as they could of each species to send to space as a backup plan. All these Mobians are now known as Galactic Mobians that resided on a Planet. I actually got the idea from and her Planet Edea, which is where Pitaya’s crystal on his chest came from. The couple who adopted them thought it would be better to tell him it’s a special seed they gave him when they found them. When Pitaya meets Eclipse, they just start flirting with him, and take any opportunity to make Eclipse talk to him, even if it's as a Diplomat. Eclipse does notice this and appreciates them for being so kind to him. They do start dating later on. That’s all I will give on the two of them.

I am trying to get the one-shot story I mentioned finished as well, just need to draw the pictures. It will take a while since the series focuses on the Seedrians and the Black Arms. One more thing since there wasn’t that much for a big review section, but last week, Sonic Central happened. It was fine. I’m having fun playing the new update, kind of wished for a Sneak-peak for Update 3, but hey we might get it later on this year.
