So, like, i read a headcanon suggestion, but i didn’t tag it or anything, and i can’t find it again, so this idea is not mine! I simply expanded it, and build onto it. Open for new interpretations

So in pacifist, or forced neutral, you battle Flowey after Sans. Flowey is still not yet completely convinced everyone can be friendly, he thinks they will betray you, so he sneaks away before the Sans “good time” battle and finds a way past Asgore. Flowey absorbs the 6 humn souls, trying to prove you that even kindness couldn’t change himself.
ALPHA FLOWEY….. He keeps claiming you should have killed him, He don’t want to know what you’ll do. You can’t escape and you will suffer, He says He will keep suffering if you don’t kill him. That he needs to kill you. That you will need to kill him. He begs you to believe him and attack him. Saying he himself hasn’t changed, because nobody changes.
He would force the fight option to be present at all times, his attacks would be very meek.

Then we got the alternative where if you do No mercy (geno) in Underfell.
Only here will you meet Asriel. In this Geno Underfell mode, you keep flowey alive only for the purpose of gathering the souls of the fallen monsters so you can break the barrier after getting to the 6 souls. You both plan to break the barrier so all monsters can have their way and wage war against humanity. However because Flowey is getting all these monster souls, he starts to find more hidden emotions and layers from the fallen monsters. He feels the hidden love in papyrus’ soul, the grief in Toriel’s soul, etc. At the end, he feels guilty because he senses something else. After absorbing the 6 human souls, together with all these monster souls, he rebels and refuses to destroy the Barrier. He will transform and claim, that within all those souls, he sees a glimmer of hope, and remembers the good times he had with the first fallen child. Claiming he is convinced there is also a sparkle of hope in you. Begging you to restart or let him regrettably kill you so he can restart over with you, being a better companion this time. He believes in you. He believes they can change because he changed himself!!
When fighting, when you start to reach deep into Asriel’s soul you meet all the monsters you killed. They show the small hopes asriel had discovered. then you break them. You tell them they hate each other, say the meanest shit there is. And let them lose hope. By this you weaken and corrupt Asriel’s mind.
Eventualy convincing him there is no other way.Eventually letting himself realize and remember that the first fallen human did had hatred.. and it must have been for a good cause… then he breaks the barrier…and kills himself.

I have no soul for coming up with this. send help.
