nurturing the self is an inportant work because it is showing a woman in the peacefull state of meditation these days there are so little devoted to the higher mind or finding the true self. so many are running on empty looking for greater and greater desires instead of dwelling in the present tense they are driven by the greed of the unatanable that can never be. this is the mind that dwells in the future driven by the seething inferno of desire that overwhelms the mind. people who are like this dont know or see this in themselfs it is a taught behavior the higher mind can never be reached until this behavior is broken. tempering desire living in the present tense being happy with less medatition medatition medatition its not what we want its what we need.
