Description
This is a basic set up and basic theme XD All so is my first one too
This has a Scroll Bar system in it for long journals, so if you have a very long journal it will come up but other wise it will not.

Oh yes my first CSS format I made the background a good as I can to make it look like sea water as if you where underwater. It was very hard ^_^.
