If it's difficult, practice.
If practicing in SFM doesn't work, then practice Gmod. Gmod's far easier compared to SFM because you have more liberties in creating things.

Being new doesn't mean you can't pose, and it certainly isn't an excuse to use every single stock animation possible.
I know it'll take time, I'm not dumb.
I can comment on it if I like, I can express my opinion.
