Cloud Nine is a rainbow dragon living in a city filled with secret magic. At first glance, he is a relaxed and friendly person -- he loves to befriend others, and pays tons of attention to the people around him. He enjoys being helpful to others, though sometimes he takes his desire to solve problems for other people a bit too far -- not every problem is his responsibility, and he's still learning that.

He has weak but distinctive magic. Without the opportunity or commitment to hone his skills, it is unlikely to grow stronger. He can sense the emotions of others, with a particular sensitivity for negative emotions, which compels him to attempt to help those around him. He can also sense and even speak with invisible spirits in the world around him, though it can be a challenge to determine which are real spirits, and which merely are a product of his active imagination.
