CrystalPhoenixBlader here, bringing in another chapter to the fanfic! I checked and, yeah, not a popular chapter last time, what with Makoto kidnapped, but she’ll be saved, so no fretting here! Anyways the search for clues to the Center of the Universe begins here! So anyways, I do not own any of the Mario characters or the iDOLMASTER characters; the Mario characters belong to Nintendo and the iDOLMASTER characters belong to Namco Bandai. So with all that aside, lets warp into hyper drive back into the action... and not get caught in a black hole in the process!

Chapter 34
Luigi’s Reassurance! The Trip to Moo Moo Galaxy!

*Insert Theme: “Dream Ski Jump~ Good Egg Galaxy (Super Mario Galaxy)” (Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games)*
While the search for the location of Moo Moo Galaxy is to be discovered as well as the whereabouts of Makoto Kikuchi, a mini game in the form of a unique skiing event at the galaxy nearest to the home planet, Good Egg Galaxy. As Takane, Azusa, Wario, and Yoshi ready themselves at the starting line, Mario and Luigi walked to the lone house within the Starting Planet of thegalaxy and there the two brothers decide to recall the first adventures within the cosmos after obtaining the first Grand Star.
“It’s-a been a while since we’ve last seen this house, huh Bro?” Luigi looked at his older brother as they both gave a sigh.
“Yeah, if-a we had-a more time right-a now, we would-a hang around a little longer, but-a we still have to-a figure out where Bowsa Junia took Makoto. And dat’s gonna be a hard feat!” Mario looked at Luigi with a concerned face.
*Temporarily End Theme*
Luigi looked down on the ground for a short while and remembered how far Yukiho was willing to go to have her dear best friend back, even to have to end up getting kidnapped a second time.
*FLASHBACK*
*Rosalina’s Comet Observatory ~ Near Crystal Riddled Observatory*
*Insert Theme: “Grief and Sorrow” (Naruto)*
(Yukiho) “Please give Makoto-chan back to us...! You can take me instead to make up for last event...!”
(Ritsuko) “Y- Yuki-chan, don't make such a stupid offer to that juvenile delinquent!”
(Daisy) “She's right, Yukiho. You can't expect Junior to keep his end of a bargain!”
(Luigi) “Even if he did-a say he would, he'd just-a run off with-a both of ya'!”
(Yukiho) “But... But Makoto-chan...”

Luigi couldn’t help but felt very guilty of what happened to Makoto, feeling that part of the incident was his fault. Mario looked at his brother’s saddened expression and decided on what would be the right course of action. “Luigi, why don’t-a you check on-a how Yukiho’s doin’? I’ll-a make-a sure I’ll-a find some clues while watching da event!”
“You go it Bro!” The green plumber nodded as he turned his attention to Yukiho.

Back to the event at hand, Takane and Azusa already made their leap on their skis with a very good start. Yoshi wasted no time in catching up to the two Idols, but Wario... let’s say his start was not so noteworthy; in fact he kinda tumbled down the slope at the start.
“OWWWWAAAAAAAAA!!!!!” The poor tub of lard cried out as he cannot get his rhythm as he haplessly plummeted towards the Pill Planet at the Galaxy.
*Good Egg Galaxy ~ Pill Planet*
Iori, Ami, Mami, and Yayoi decide to check out the numerous planets within Good Egg Galaxy, and for some reason the Pill Planet was at the top of the list.
“Hey, Iorin, Mari-chan and Luichii travelled through this planet before, did they? Mami asked the leader of this particular group.
“Mmm-mm! They must have seen so much like this before, and we’re starting to scrape the surface!” Ami agreed.
“But Iori-chan, how are we gonna explore some of the places around?” Yayoi asked her best friend, placing her finger on her chin in pure innocent confusion.
“Just follow me!” Iori smiled as she led the way. Unfortunately for her, the trip would have to be cut short as Wario crashed into the glass!
*Insert Sound Effect: “Glass Crack”*
The portly rival ended up spread eagle on the glass, startling the poor tsundere.
“KYYAAAAAAAAA!!!! WARIO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! YOU NEARLY MADE MY HEART LEAP!!” Iori shouted out at the dazed Wario in a temper tantrum.
“Wow, Wari-Wari... that doesn’t look to graceful...heehee!” Ami looked at Wario trying to suppress a giggle. Her sister couldn’t fare any better.
“Yeah, you look more than someone who made a failed Tarzan attempt!” Mami added, which made the obese miscreant frown.
“Yeah, yeah, real funny! ..And what IS up with that nickname you two gave me?! It sounds too silly!” Wario frowned, trying to free himself from the damage he caused to the glass. (Good thing it’s very shock resistant!)
“Get used to it. Ami and Mami like giving nicknames to others. In fact, Mario and Luigi were already used to it!” Iori frowned, but before the situation could escalate, Yayoi got her friends’ attention, as well as the tub of lard. “Everyone, it looks like Azusa-onee-chan has won!”
Back at the end, Azusa took the lead and landed a little off balance but nailed enough points to get the win, with Takane and Yoshi not too far behind.
“Ara, looks like this went well!” The wayward Idol smiled, knowing the mini game was pretty straightforward with little chance of getting lost.
“Yes... come to think of it, what happened to Wario?” Takane wondered as she noticed the chubby rival Mario didn’t make it to the finish line.
Before the question could be answered, the lovable dinosaur Yoshi took a careful look at Pill Planet and. though small to the eye, managed to see Wario on the glass of Pill Planet. “I think that answered your question, Takane... He didn’t start off well to begin with!” The green dinosaur shrugged while suppressing a chuckle, enough for a reason to make the Silver Queen laugh!
*Rosalina’s Comet Observatory ~ Main Deck*
*Insert Theme: “Wario’s Adventure” (Warioware: Mega Party Game$)*
Despite the humor in the slalom, the group returned to the now cleaned up Observatory, what with the entire group breaking the crystals and freeing Lumas as they go. Of course, Wario had to be hoisted back in with a remote control crane by Polari, much to the discomfort of said contestant.
“Argh... if it were still Coins, I’d be more motivated! But as it is, I;m starting to feel that my part in this round is a complete waste of time!” Wario grumbled, only this time Waluigi had a clever brainstorm.
“Say Wario.... this might not interest you for a bit, but hear me out! Back at Toad Town, there some who missed the Star Festival before, and would pay big money for Star Bits!” The lanky rival of Luigi whispered to Wario’s ears, enough to make his eyes widen.
“Wait.. you’re saying..?” Wario realized what his right hand lackey is saying.
“You’d end up raking up some serious dough that way! Sure this one’s an honest work, and you know as much as I do that ‘honest’ is NOT in our vocabulary, but this is a complete win-win situation that can’t be passed up! You get your Coins and they get the Star Bits! There’s no flaw!!” Waluigi grinned with quite an evil-looking smile, enough to make dollar signs appear on Wario’s eyes!
*End Theme, Insert Theme: “Into the Galaxy” (Super Mario Galaxy)*
Meanwhile, Mario and Luigi ran to Rosalina to check on her process on her search for the galaxy Benjamin went to earlier, Moo Moo Galaxy. “Mario, Luigi, you would be pleased to know that I have found the coordinates to Moo Moo Galaxy.”
“That’s-a great to-a hear, Rosalina! With-a dat, we are-a one-a step closer to finding da clues we-a need to-a find da Center of da Universe... and rescue-a Makoto! Way to-a go, Rosalina!” Mario beamed happily to the cosmic princess.
Luigi, happy as well, turned to Yukiho. “Isn’t that-a great, Yukiho? ..Uh, Yukiho?”
*End Theme with Record Scratch sound, Insert Theme: “Sad Story” (Super Mario Galaxy)*
Yukiho was still sobbing sadly, despairing over Makoto’s kidnapping. Ryou tried her hardest to try to cheer her up. Luigi looked at the poor Idol, and with the image of Makoto frozen in crystal still fresh in his mind, decides to personally intervene.
“Yukiho, I know how you feel. Personally, I also-a feel that this was my fault that Makoto got kidnapped, but-a please, hear me out.
“L..Luigi-san?” Yukiho looked at the concerned plumber brother, her eyes swollen from all the tears she shed.
“Believe-a me, if-a anything terrible happened to my bro, I’d never forgive myself! But I-a know for a fact he would-a go to any lengths to defend all that he-a cares for, even if he is to-a place himself in mortal peril. Makoto went in-a sacrifice to defend-a you and Ryou. Would it mean-a very much if just us three rescued her in da end of dis?”
Yukiho realized what the younger brother was meaning in what he said through his clear blue eyes.
“Ju...just us three... me, Ryou-chan, and you? Bu..bu.. I’m not...” The timid Idol began to protest, but...
“Yukiho, I know you’re-a scared. Heh, I’d be-a lying if I said I wasn’t a teensy bit-a scared. But Yukiho, you got a kind heart, so I know you’ll win and get Makoto back! And Ryou and I will-a be with you every step of the way!” Luigi smiled confidently, with Ryou nodding in agreement.
Grateful for the much needed aid, Yukiho smiled and hugged Luigi, “..Arigatou, Luigi-san..”
*End Theme, Resume Theme: “Into the Galaxy” (Super Mario Galaxy)*
Seeing that Luigi’s kindhearted efforts did much to cheer Yukiho up, Mario now decided to get everyone’s attention, ‘Attention-a, everyone! Rosalina gave-a me some good news. She has-a managed to find the location of-a Moo Moo Galaxy! Apparently one of da clues to find da Centa of da Universe dis time is held there! She-a said dat the owners of a milk restaurant dere have had a trouble with da Koopas lately. Rosalina?” Mario announced before passing the baton to the cosmic princess.
“Thank you, Mario. Now as Mario said, we’ve just got the coordinates to the galaxy and we can head there at any time!”
“Well, why are we just standing around? Makoto needs our help! So, let’s do this, everyone!” Haruka cried out, to which all the remaining Idols, as well as all of Team Mario, except for, obviously, Wario and Waluigi, who see no profit in this.
Before long, the whole Observatory converted to its comet form and raced across the stars to the supposed location of Moo Moo Galaxy. Unbeknownst to the group, a hi tech broom piloted by Kamek began to tail them.

*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Space Farmlands ~ Outside the Moo Moo Restaurant*
*Insert Theme: “Kakariko Village” (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time)*
Many planets full of prosperous farmlands where many cows live their lives to the fullest dot this unique galaxy. The Comet Observatory appeared over this large galaxy by way of a self-made warp hole. Taking the rest of the way to the galaxy through the Starship Mario, the Idols as well as Team Mario ventured on to the surface of one of its planets. Enjoying the nice sunny atmosphere the worlds provided, the group finds a lone restaurant owned by a duo of an anthromorphic cow in a female business skirt and an anthromorphic bull in a suit and tie, both seeming to be the managers. The two managers, Bovino and Bovina, were simply watching business happen as usual with the waiters, waitresses, and the customers until the duo caught sight of the Starship Mario landing nearby. Attentive to the new sight, the two anthromorphic bovines rush outside and notice a past customer just from a little earlier.
“Ah, Mr. Benjamin, you’re back! And I see you brought a bunch of friends along!” Bovino happily greeted his favorite customer.
“Same to you pal! So, what’s the scoop?” Benjamin asked his friend, who which Boviana answered.
“A bunch of Koopas led by this robed Koopa have been disturbing the folks here, look for these creatures called Lumas. In fact, we have asked for a bunch of Yoshi eggs and it seems the client is too frightened stiff to deliver them to our nursery!! We’d go ourselves or send our wiaters or waitresses, but who’s gonna run the place while we’re gone??”
Takane looked at the horses on the stables and turned to the managers, “Is it okay if four of us can try to attempt this?”
Bovina noticed the Silver Queen’s intentions and shook her hands, “Reaaly?? You’d do that? Aw, thank you so much!”
Mario smiled and turned to Lubba, who was watching from the steering mechanism of the Starship Mario. “Hey-a Lubba, can you-a tell Rosalina to-a make whatta Takane was-a planning a mini game?”
Lubba was going to speak, but then a large silhouette of Rosalina appeared on the sky, gazing at the red plumber. “There is no need to tell me. If what Takane is planning will be one step closer to finding Makoto and my children, then I am willing to accept.”
“Thank-a you so much, Rosalina!” Mario happily smiled as Takane, after much thought, took Mami, Yoshi, and Hammer Bro to the horse stands. (Azusa might lose direction and Wario would just flatten the poor thing!)
Bovino turned to the rest of the group, “In the meantime, we have a huge party coming over. Our waiters and friends, Ian and Asmond, as well as our very own Waitress Sisters, will be needing all the help they can get!”

*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Space Farmlands ~ Inside the Moo Moo Restaurant*
*Insert Theme:
“Eh??” This was the response of the rest of the group before being escorted in. Afterwards the males of the group, with the exception of Benjamin, were mentored by Asmund and Ian and outfitted with dashing waiter outfits, while the females were given the heads-on course by the sisters, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, and outfitted with adorable waitress attire. But soon enough, the customers come rolling in like bees to honey!
“Whoa, they’re coming in fast!!!” Iori, dressed in a cute bunny ear waitress outfit yelped.
“How did I get roped into this as well?” Producer-san, dressed in a casual waiter outfit frowned.
“My my, things got hectic!” Azusa, clad in an adult maid outfit, smiled, making Chihaya, clad in a chef attire, pretty uneasy.
“Aww, I wish Mami were here...” Ami, clad in a colorful waitress outfit, frowned sadly, knowing her sister is out on the event.
“Well, I guess we-a havta get to work in this case!” Mario, clad in a sporty butler outfit with monocle, smiled, ready to put his famed all-around skills to use, this time as a waiter.

Meanwhile, at the equestrian train...
*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Equestrian Delivery Route*
*Insert Theme: “Dream Equestrian ~ Moo Moo Meadows (Mario Kart Wii)” (Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games)*
Kamek floated around, using his pocket telescope to keep a lookout for Mario or the Idols, and spotted the team of Takane, Mami, Yoshi, and Hammer Bro, already on horseback and together escorting a large wagon of Yoshi eggs received from the cowardly client across the farmland planets, dodging Monty Moles that pop out of the ground left and right.
“Ah, there’s two of the Idols, a Hammer Bro not of our Clan and that Yoshi! But Mario’s nowhere in sight... aw well, time for some mischief before I can reel one Idol in!” Kamek snickered before putting his telescope away and diving in to do what he just said. Fortunately, Takane spotted the Magikoopa immediately after he just poofed up in front of the group in midair.
“What the?!” Mami yelped, but before she could say more, Kamek readied his wand and shouted out, “HAVE SOME HAY!!!” before summoning flaming bales of hay at the group.
“Whoa, gangway!!!” Hammer Bro’s helmet hopped out of his head as he frantically grabbed the reins of his horse. One by one, the group dodged the flaming bales of hay until Kamek somehow went poof.
“Eh... where’d he go?” Mami asked with a visible question mark on her head.
“Who knows... but something tells me that’s he’s not done...” Yoshi wondered.
Hoping he would be wrong, the green dinosaur kept on course with the group, but as fate loves to play tricks on the group, Kamek reappeared in front of the group. “YOU’RE RIGHT ON THAT!!!”
“BEHIND US!!!” Mami screamed as a flaming bale of hay came from behind the group. Fortunately, the group dodged the attacks.
Takane, noticing a cavern in the path, called out to the group, “Looks like there’s a cave on the way. Hopefully, things would calm down.” Sadly, Kamek smirked at the group, “Oh, if you like hay, how about stalactites as an aftercourse?” Without warning, the Magikoopa fired magic bolts on the spiked stalactites on the group. By now, Mami was clearly looking a little annoyed, “aren’t you done yet?”
“No, dear I am far from done.... GA-OWWWWWWW!!!!” Kamek smirked, but did so too soon as his back collided with a pillar, stopping the Magikoopa. Shortly after, the group found the exit, right in the way of a waterfall.
“EVERYBODY, JUMP!!!” Yoshi called out as they neared the exit, and with grace, the four horseriders leapt right out of the waterfall with a great splash! All that remained was a straight, yet fragile stone path between the group and the restaurant, but then, a Chain Chomp who saw the group, began to pursue them relentlessly, barking like a dog after the mailman.
“Oh dear... that thing is like a dog... Yukipyon would be terrified greatly if she saw that!” Mami noted as she picked up the pace.
“Well, let’s hope it won’t keep following us!” Hammer Bro gave a serious look as he picked up the pace.
“So I’m guessing this is the first time you would be at the receiving end of the pranks, Mami?” Yoshi asked.
“Yeah... and I hate it!! Ami would hate it too if she was messed by that crazy magic turtle!!” Mami frowned.
The Chain Chomp chased after the group, but managed to get away by leaping over the edge, making the iron tough canine fall into the water.
*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Space Farmlands ~ Outside the Moo Moo Restaurant*
*Musicless...for now..*
Yumeko, clad in her waitress outfit and not liking the manual labor, was with Yayoi, clad in a very cute waitress outfit, who was greatly enjoying the work of milking the cows. “Do you think Takane and the others will be alright without Mario with them? I mean, he has the most experience out of all of us in dealing with those crazed turtles!”
“We just have to have faith in Mario-san to find Makoto and teach that mean Bowser a lesson!” Yayoi smiled.
“Yeah... I kinda wish this delivery I’ve heard would come soon...” Yumeko frowned, hoping to get out of the waitress attire, but then the four horseriders landed directly at the spot, with all the Yoshi Eggs in the wagon intact!
“YAAHHH!!!! ARE YOU FOUR INSANE?!?!” Yumeko screamed, almost having a collision course with the horses.
“Hmmhmmhmm.... well at least the eggs are safe now. Takane smiled as she got off the horse.
Ami rushed outside to see her sister on the horse she is riding. “Sugoii, Mami!! You look great on that!!!”
“Arigatou, Ami!!” Mami smiled.
“Whew, that was actually awesome!! Shame I couldn’t use my hammer, but whatever, right?” Hammer Bro smiled after getting off his horse.
“Haha... I’m guessing you all would like to see these eggs hatch, right?” Yoshi smiled as it took the wagon to the front door.
“Yeah!” All of the present group, excluding Yumeko, smiled as they followed Yoshi. “Sure, whatever..” Yumeko shrugged.

*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Space Farmlands ~Moo Moo Restaurant ~ Main Entrance*
*Insert Theme: “Yoshi’s Song” (Yoshi’s Story)*
Everyone rushed outside to see the eggs and one by one they hatch to reveal different colored Yoshis.
“Wow, this is like a rainbow of Yoshis, including the one we know!!” Haruka exclaimed happily.
“Also to believe this is really a farming area... I thought...” Chihaya, sweat dropped realizing the goof up she thought earlier before arriving.
“Yeah... we’ve definitely made fools of ourselves for thinking that...” Ritsuko rubbed the back of her head in embarrassment. (In case you didn’t know from what Benjamin said of Moo Moo Galaxy last chapter.. well... it was more on the... well... “dirty” side... no more shall be said. End of discussion)*
“Wow, this amazing!” Autumn, one of the sisters beheld the sight. Spring and Summer, her older sisters, as well as Winter, her younger, beheld the sight as well.
“Auugghh...” The voice of Kamek groaned as the Magikoopa groaned in pain.
*End Theme with record Scratch sound*
“YOU!!!” All of Team Mario and the Idols yelled out in anger.
*Insert Theme: “The Blue Wizard” (Paper Mario: Sticker Star)*
Kamek hovered weakly on his broom, “Yowww... My aching back!” His bone cracked slightly as he sighed, “Well, I'd say I've done enough mayhem here...”
Yumeko, looking really angry over seeing Ryou’s saddened face earlier, retorted, “No, you’ve done enough mayhem in your life!”
Kamek looked at Yumeko and began to feign fear in a mocking tone. “Oh my, what a frightening young lady! Whatever shall I do?!”, then decided to speak in his normal tone. “Please, causing trouble is the Royal Koopa family's job and the job of those who serve them and we love it! We could never have enough! Anyway, I must return to His Highness's side...”
Mario rushed forward in front of the Magikoopa, “WAIT! KAMEK! What is-a Bowsa planning to do with da Lumas and da newborns?!”
Kamek smirked at the red plumber, “Kehehehehehe! Wouldn't you like to know, Mario.”, but before he could muster a chance to get away, Rosalina herself appeared in front of the Magikoopa and pointed her wand at him.
“Answer us. What are you planning to do with my children?” The cosmic princess asked in a stern voice.
Takane, thinking of the Luma as well and remembering her battle experience with King Boo back at Creepy Steeple, decides to join Rosalina in her side of the argument. “Those poor star infants will not remain in your brutish king's captivity so long as I stand.”
Kamek halted his argument early as he adjusted his glasses and took a closer look at the silver haired Idol. “Hmm, Takane Shijou, 765 Pro's ‘Silver Queen’, am I correct?” then all of a sudden began to blush, “For a girl such as you, especially one with such princessly features and beauty that even His Powerfulness will want you forever, you’ve got some spunk to declare yourself an opposer of the Koopa Army. You’ve got some reckless guts like from that Tomboy Delinquint who assaulted the Young Master. Anyway, Young Lord Iggy will handle things here...” And with that, Kamek escapes into the stars, apparently when a large metallic moon appeared in the galaxy, apparently where Iggy is waiting.
*End Theme, Insert Theme: “The Big Staircase” (Super Mario Galaxy)*
Birdo, who stayed out of the limelight for a bit for some reason, responded, “That wasn't there before...”
Winter took a step closer to look at this strange new moon, “Is it just me or is that moon getting closer?”
“That's not a moon... It's a Space Station."
Everyone stared at Benjamin, who seemed to somehow know the orbiting body getting close to the planet.
“... What? It's either that or an orbular Star Carrier." Benjamin shrugged, to which everyone comically fell down.
*THUD!!!*

Menawhile, at the Center of the Universe...
*Center of the Universe ~ Near the Core*
*Insert Theme: “Bowser’s Galaxy Reactor” (Super Mario Galaxy)*
A Koopa Waiter delivered the Koopa Kings’ order to the master, “Here’s your Meatbone, Sire.”, to which Bowser chews the Meatbone’s meat, swallows it, and breathed fire upwards. “Wow! Lemme see- herbed AND spiced. My compliments to the chef!” Bowser smiled with delight.
“As you wish, Sire.” The Koopa Waiter bowed down before showing himself out. Just then the Koopa King caught sight of his son’s airship.
“Papa! I’m back!!” Bowser Jr. cried out happily.
“How did it go??” Bowser asked in curiousity, to which his son gave a proud smile.
“See for yourself!” Bowesr Jr. smiled before turning to one of the minions, “Be gentle with her there.” The minion carefully lowered a still crystallized Makoto, though the crystal in cut to a rectangular shape without harming her. Bowser’s red eyes were in awe over his son’s success.
“I present to you, Makoto Kikuchi, the crazy tomboy idol, in crystal art! I had one of the minions do all the carving.” Bowser Jr. announced as he hopped off the airship. The look on Bowser’s impressed face was clear for anyone to see.
“And that's some art! But when I look at her, why am I getting flashbacks of that movie series I saw that the nerds watched and loved? Ah, never mind about that.” Bowser smiled, before he accidentally reminded himself of the nerdy lizard from the Bitlands, but quickly regained his focus as he hugged his son. “Well done, son! You definitely have ways of kidnapping young maidens like your ol' papa!”
“Aww, Papa!” The mischievous son blushed but just then, Kammy Koopa entered the scene and saw Bowser Jr.
“Oh, my prince, you've returned?” Kammy asked Bowser Jr., to which he happily responded, “And triumphant!”
Bowser, looking a little peeved that Kammy had the nerve to interrupt his son’s victorious moment, asked, “What do you want, Kammy?”
The old crone, adjusting her glasses, responded, “Pardon my intrusion, Your Muscularness. But a report from Corporal Paraplonk reports that he and his troops came across an asteroid made of Star Bits and are delivering them as we speak.”
Bowser, thinking of what his troops were doing at the moment, decided, “I see... We really need the brats and we can't have them dying of starvation. You and Kamek have been keeping me informed well on how things are running smoothly. You continue doing so. Before you go...” The Koopa King pointed at the frozen Makoto, “Find someone to mount that Idol who attacked my son on TOP of my throne.”
Kammy saluted and took her leave, leaving Bowser and Bowser Jr. to ready the mounting.

“Papa, do you think she still see and hear everything even like that?” Bowser jr. asked in curiousity, which made the Koopa King curious as well.
“I don’t know, Junior.” Bowser answered as he got up from his throne. “Maybe she does, maybe she doesn't. But...” He then stomped forward toward the frozen Makoto. “Now you see what happens to those who mess with me, my army and my family. And you shall be a remindful example of that warning fact to your friends when they arrive!”

Looks like a boss battle is up at the satellite where Iggy is at, and he too is not going to make things easy for Mario or the Idols, but maybe HE has the vital clue needed to find the Center of the Universe. Will our heroes defeat Iggy and make it to the Center of the Universe to Makoto before she stays a permanent fixture at Bowser’s throne?? Find out next chapter!
By the way, I’ve had some major help from HairyBlob2 of DeviantArt again. I sometimes have trouble thinking up plots on my own lately, so the help is really appreciated! Also, the 2 mini games were inspired by the Dream Events from the “Mario and Sonic Olympic Games’ games...in fact I’m also looking forward to seeing shots for the next one..for Sochi in Russia!

Anyways the search for clues to the Center of the Universe begins here! While the search for the location of Moo Moo Galaxy is to be discovered as well as the whereabouts of Makoto Kikuchi, a mini game in the form of a unique skiing event at the galaxy nearest to the home planet, Good Egg Galaxy. As Takane, Azusa, Wario, and Yoshi ready themselves at the starting line, Mario and Luigi walked to the lone house within the Starting Planet of thegalaxy and there the two brothers decide to recall the first adventures within the cosmos after obtaining the first Grand Star.
“It’s-a been a while since we’ve last seen this house, huh Bro?” Luigi looked at his older brother as they both gave a sigh.
“Yeah, if-a we had-a more time right-a now, we would-a hang around a little longer, but-a we still have to-a figure out where Bowsa Junia took Makoto. And dat’s gonna be a hard feat!” Mario looked at Luigi with a concerned face.
*Temporarily End Theme*
Luigi looked down on the ground for a short while and remembered how far Yukiho was willing to go to have her dear best friend back, even to have to end up getting kidnapped a second time.
*FLASHBACK*
*Rosalina’s Comet Observatory ~ Near Crystal Riddled Observatory*

(Yukiho) “Please give Makoto-chan back to us...! You can take me instead to make up for last event...!”

(Daisy) “She's right, Yukiho. You can't expect Junior to keep his end of a bargain!”
(Luigi) “Even if he did-a say he would, he'd just-a run off with-a both of ya'!”

Luigi couldn’t help but felt very guilty of what happened to Makoto, feeling that part of the incident was his fault. Mario looked at his brother’s saddened expression and decided on what would be the right course of action. “Luigi, why don’t-a you check on-a how Yukiho’s doin’? I’ll-a make-a sure I’ll-a find some clues while watching da event!”
“You go it Bro!” The green plumber nodded as he turned his attention to Yukiho.

Back to the event at hand, Takane and Azusa already made their leap on their skis with a very good start. Yoshi wasted no time in catching up to the two Idols, but Wario... let’s say his start was not so noteworthy; in fact he kinda tumbled down the slope at the start.
“OWWWWAAAAAAAAA!!!!!” The poor tub of lard cried out as he cannot get his rhythm as he haplessly plummeted towards the Pill Planet at the Galaxy.
*Good Egg Galaxy ~ Pill Planet*
Iori, Ami, Mami, and Yayoi decide to check out the numerous planets within Good Egg Galaxy, and for some reason the Pill Planet was at the top of the list.
“Hey, Iorin, Mari-chan and Luichii travelled through this planet before, did they? Mami asked the leader of this particular group.
“Mmm-mm! They must have seen so much like this before, and we’re starting to scrape the surface!” Ami agreed.
“But Iori-chan, how are we gonna explore some of the places around?” Yayoi asked her best friend, placing her finger on her chin in pure innocent confusion.
“Just follow me!” Iori smiled as she led the way. Unfortunately for her, the trip would have to be cut short as Wario crashed into the glass!
*Insert Sound Effect: “Glass Crack”*
The portly rival ended up spread eagle on the glass, startling the poor tsundere.
“KYYAAAAAAAAA!!!! WARIO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! YOU NEARLY MADE MY HEART LEAP!!” Iori shouted out at the dazed Wario in a temper tantrum.
“Wow, Wari-Wari... that doesn’t look to graceful...heehee!” Ami looked at Wario trying to suppress a giggle. Her sister couldn’t fare any better.
“Yeah, you look more than someone who made a failed Tarzan attempt!” Mami added, which made the obese miscreant frown.
“Yeah, yeah, real funny! ..And what IS up with that nickname you two gave me?! It sounds too silly!” Wario frowned, trying to free himself from the damage he caused to the glass. (Good thing it’s very shock resistant!)
“Get used to it. Ami and Mami like giving nicknames to others. In fact, Mario and Luigi were already used to it!” Iori frowned, but before the situation could escalate, Yayoi got her friends’ attention, as well as the tub of lard. “Everyone, it looks like Azusa-onee-chan has won!”
Back at the end, Azusa took the lead and landed a little off balance but nailed enough points to get the win, with Takane and Yoshi not too far behind.
“Ara, looks like this went well!” The wayward Idol smiled, knowing the mini game was pretty straightforward with little chance of getting lost.
“Yes... come to think of it, what happened to Wario?” Takane wondered as she noticed the chubby rival Mario didn’t make it to the finish line.
Before the question could be answered, the lovable dinosaur Yoshi took a careful look at Pill Planet and. though small to the eye, managed to see Wario on the glass of Pill Planet. “I think that answered your question, Takane... He didn’t start off well to begin with!” The green dinosaur shrugged while suppressing a chuckle, enough for a reason to make the Silver Queen laugh!
*Rosalina’s Comet Observatory ~ Main Deck*
*Insert Theme: “Wario’s Adventure” (Warioware: Mega Party Game$)*
Despite the humor in the slalom, the group returned to the now cleaned up Observatory, what with the entire group breaking the crystals and freeing Lumas as they go. Of course, Wario had to be hoisted back in with a remote control crane by Polari, much to the discomfort of said contestant.
“Argh... if it were still Coins, I’d be more motivated! But as it is, I;m starting to feel that my part in this round is a complete waste of time!” Wario grumbled, only this time Waluigi had a clever brainstorm.
“Say Wario.... this might not interest you for a bit, but hear me out! Back at Toad Town, there some who missed the Star Festival before, and would pay big money for Star Bits!” The lanky rival of Luigi whispered to Wario’s ears, enough to make his eyes widen.
“Wait.. you’re saying..?” Wario realized what his right hand lackey is saying.
“You’d end up raking up some serious dough that way! Sure this one’s an honest work, and you know as much as I do that ‘honest’ is NOT in our vocabulary, but this is a complete win-win situation that can’t be passed up! You get your Coins and they get the Star Bits! There’s no flaw!!” Waluigi grinned with quite an evil-looking smile, enough to make dollar signs appear on Wario’s eyes!

Meanwhile, Mario and Luigi ran to Rosalina to check on her process on her search for the galaxy Benjamin went to earlier, Moo Moo Galaxy. “Mario, Luigi, you would be pleased to know that I have found the coordinates to Moo Moo Galaxy.”
“That’s-a great to-a hear, Rosalina! With-a dat, we are-a one-a step closer to finding da clues we-a need to-a find da Center of da Universe... and rescue-a Makoto! Way to-a go, Rosalina!” Mario beamed happily to the cosmic princess.
Luigi, happy as well, turned to Yukiho. “Isn’t that-a great, Yukiho? ..Uh, Yukiho?”
*End Theme with Record Scratch sound, Insert Theme: “Sad Story” (Super Mario Galaxy)*
Yukiho was still sobbing sadly, despairing over Makoto’s kidnapping. Ryou tried her hardest to try to cheer her up. Luigi looked at the poor Idol, and with the image of Makoto frozen in crystal still fresh in his mind, decides to personally intervene.
“Yukiho, I know how you feel. Personally, I also-a feel that this was my fault that Makoto got kidnapped, but-a please, hear me out.
“L..Luigi-san?” Yukiho looked at the concerned plumber brother, her eyes swollen from all the tears she shed.
“Believe-a me, if-a anything terrible happened to my bro, I’d never forgive myself! But I-a know for a fact he would-a go to any lengths to defend all that he-a cares for, even if he is to-a place himself in mortal peril. Makoto went in-a sacrifice to defend-a you and Ryou. Would it mean-a very much if just us three rescued her in da end of dis?”
Yukiho realized what the younger brother was meaning in what he said through his clear blue eyes.
“Ju...just us three... me, Ryou-chan, and you? Bu..bu.. I’m not...” The timid Idol began to protest, but...
“Yukiho, I know you’re-a scared. Heh, I’d be-a lying if I said I wasn’t a teensy bit-a scared. But Yukiho, you got a kind heart, so I know you’ll win and get Makoto back! And Ryou and I will-a be with you every step of the way!” Luigi smiled confidently, with Ryou nodding in agreement.
Grateful for the much needed aid, Yukiho smiled and hugged Luigi, “..Arigatou, Luigi-san..”

Seeing that Luigi’s kindhearted efforts did much to cheer Yukiho up, Mario now decided to get everyone’s attention, ‘Attention-a, everyone! Rosalina gave-a me some good news. She has-a managed to find the location of-a Moo Moo Galaxy! Apparently one of da clues to find da Centa of da Universe dis time is held there! She-a said dat the owners of a milk restaurant dere have had a trouble with da Koopas lately. Rosalina?” Mario announced before passing the baton to the cosmic princess.
“Thank you, Mario. Now as Mario said, we’ve just got the coordinates to the galaxy and we can head there at any time!”
“Well, why are we just standing around? Makoto needs our help! So, let’s do this, everyone!” Haruka cried out, to which all the remaining Idols, as well as all of Team Mario, except for, obviously, Wario and Waluigi, who see no profit in this.
Before long, the whole Observatory converted to its comet form and raced across the stars to the supposed location of Moo Moo Galaxy. Unbeknownst to the group, a hi tech broom piloted by Kamek began to tail them.

*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Space Farmlands ~ Outside the Moo Moo Restaurant*
*Insert Theme: “Kakariko Village” (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time)*
Many planets full of prosperous farmlands where many cows live their lives to the fullest dot this unique galaxy. The Comet Observatory appeared over this large galaxy by way of a self-made warp hole. Taking the rest of the way to the galaxy through the Starship Mario, the Idols as well as Team Mario ventured on to the surface of one of its planets. Enjoying the nice sunny atmosphere the worlds provided, the group finds a lone restaurant owned by a duo of an anthromorphic cow in a female business skirt and an anthromorphic bull in a suit and tie, both seeming to be the managers. The two managers, Bovino and Bovina, were simply watching business happen as usual with the waiters, waitresses, and the customers until the duo caught sight of the Starship Mario landing nearby. Attentive to the new sight, the two anthromorphic bovines rush outside and notice a past customer just from a little earlier.
“Ah, Mr. Benjamin, you’re back! And I see you brought a bunch of friends along!” Bovino happily greeted his favorite customer.
“Same to you pal! So, what’s the scoop?” Benjamin asked his friend, who which Boviana answered.
“A bunch of Koopas led by this robed Koopa have been disturbing the folks here, look for these creatures called Lumas. In fact, we have asked for a bunch of Yoshi eggs and it seems the client is too frightened stiff to deliver them to our nursery!! We’d go ourselves or send our wiaters or waitresses, but who’s gonna run the place while we’re gone??”
Takane looked at the horses on the stables and turned to the managers, “Is it okay if four of us can try to attempt this?”
Bovina noticed the Silver Queen’s intentions and shook her hands, “Reaaly?? You’d do that? Aw, thank you so much!”
Mario smiled and turned to Lubba, who was watching from the steering mechanism of the Starship Mario. “Hey-a Lubba, can you-a tell Rosalina to-a make whatta Takane was-a planning a mini game?”
Lubba was going to speak, but then a large silhouette of Rosalina appeared on the sky, gazing at the red plumber. “There is no need to tell me. If what Takane is planning will be one step closer to finding Makoto and my children, then I am willing to accept.”
“Thank-a you so much, Rosalina!” Mario happily smiled as Takane, after much thought, took Mami, Yoshi, and Hammer Bro to the horse stands. (Azusa might lose direction and Wario would just flatten the poor thing!)
Bovino turned to the rest of the group, “In the meantime, we have a huge party coming over. Our waiters and friends, Ian and Asmond, as well as our very own Waitress Sisters, will be needing all the help they can get!”

*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Space Farmlands ~ Inside the Moo Moo Restaurant*

“Eh??” This was the response of the rest of the group before being escorted in. Afterwards the males of the group, with the exception of Benjamin, were mentored by Asmund and Ian and outfitted with dashing waiter outfits, while the females were given the heads-on course by the sisters, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, and outfitted with adorable waitress attire. But soon enough, the customers come rolling in like bees to honey!
“Whoa, they’re coming in fast!!!” Iori, dressed in a cute bunny ear waitress outfit yelped.
“How did I get roped into this as well?” Producer-san, dressed in a casual waiter outfit frowned.
“My my, things got hectic!” Azusa, clad in an adult maid outfit, smiled, making Chihaya, clad in a chef attire, pretty uneasy.
“Aww, I wish Mami were here...” Ami, clad in a colorful waitress outfit, frowned sadly, knowing her sister is out on the event.
“Well, I guess we-a havta get to work in this case!” Mario, clad in a sporty butler outfit with monocle, smiled, ready to put his famed all-around skills to use, this time as a waiter.

Meanwhile, at the equestrian train...
*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Equestrian Delivery Route*
*Insert Theme: “Dream Equestrian ~ Moo Moo Meadows (Mario Kart Wii)” (Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games)*
Kamek floated around, using his pocket telescope to keep a lookout for Mario or the Idols, and spotted the team of Takane, Mami, Yoshi, and Hammer Bro, already on horseback and together escorting a large wagon of Yoshi eggs received from the cowardly client across the farmland planets, dodging Monty Moles that pop out of the ground left and right.
“Ah, there’s two of the Idols, a Hammer Bro not of our Clan and that Yoshi! But Mario’s nowhere in sight... aw well, time for some mischief before I can reel one Idol in!” Kamek snickered before putting his telescope away and diving in to do what he just said. Fortunately, Takane spotted the Magikoopa immediately after he just poofed up in front of the group in midair.
“What the?!” Mami yelped, but before she could say more, Kamek readied his wand and shouted out, “HAVE SOME HAY!!!” before summoning flaming bales of hay at the group.
“Whoa, gangway!!!” Hammer Bro’s helmet hopped out of his head as he frantically grabbed the reins of his horse. One by one, the group dodged the flaming bales of hay until Kamek somehow went poof.
“Eh... where’d he go?” Mami asked with a visible question mark on her head.
“Who knows... but something tells me that’s he’s not done...” Yoshi wondered.
Hoping he would be wrong, the green dinosaur kept on course with the group, but as fate loves to play tricks on the group, Kamek reappeared in front of the group. “YOU’RE RIGHT ON THAT!!!”
“BEHIND US!!!” Mami screamed as a flaming bale of hay came from behind the group. Fortunately, the group dodged the attacks.
Takane, noticing a cavern in the path, called out to the group, “Looks like there’s a cave on the way. Hopefully, things would calm down.” Sadly, Kamek smirked at the group, “Oh, if you like hay, how about stalactites as an aftercourse?” Without warning, the Magikoopa fired magic bolts on the spiked stalactites on the group. By now, Mami was clearly looking a little annoyed, “aren’t you done yet?”
“No, dear I am far from done.... GA-OWWWWWWW!!!!” Kamek smirked, but did so too soon as his back collided with a pillar, stopping the Magikoopa. Shortly after, the group found the exit, right in the way of a waterfall.
“EVERYBODY, JUMP!!!” Yoshi called out as they neared the exit, and with grace, the four horseriders leapt right out of the waterfall with a great splash! All that remained was a straight, yet fragile stone path between the group and the restaurant, but then, a Chain Chomp who saw the group, began to pursue them relentlessly, barking like a dog after the mailman.
“Oh dear... that thing is like a dog... Yukipyon would be terrified greatly if she saw that!” Mami noted as she picked up the pace.
“Well, let’s hope it won’t keep following us!” Hammer Bro gave a serious look as he picked up the pace.
“So I’m guessing this is the first time you would be at the receiving end of the pranks, Mami?” Yoshi asked.
“Yeah... and I hate it!! Ami would hate it too if she was messed by that crazy magic turtle!!” Mami frowned.
The Chain Chomp chased after the group, but managed to get away by leaping over the edge, making the iron tough canine fall into the water.
*Moo Moo Galaxy ~ Space Farmlands ~ Outside the Moo Moo Restaurant*
*Musicless...for now..*
Yumeko, clad in her waitress outfit and not liking the manual labor, was with Yayoi, clad in a very cute waitress outfit, who was greatly enjoying the work of milking the cows. “Do you think Takane and the others will be alright without Mario with them? I mean, he has the most experience out of all of us in dealing with those crazed turtles!”
“We just have to have faith in Mario-san to find Makoto and teach that mean Bowser a lesson!” Yayoi smiled.
“Yeah... I kinda wish this delivery I’ve heard would come soon...” Yumeko frowned, hoping to get out of the waitress attire, but then the four horseriders landed directly at the spot, with all the Yoshi Eggs in the wagon intact!
“YAAHHH!!!! ARE YOU FOUR INSANE?!?!” Yumeko screamed, almost having a collision course with the horses.
“Hmmhmmhmm.... well at least the eggs are safe now. Takane smiled as she got off the horse.
Ami rushed outside to see her sister on the horse she is riding. “Sugoii, Mami!! You look great on that!!!”
“Arigatou, Ami!!” Mami smiled.
“Whew, that was actually awesome!! Shame I couldn’t use my hammer, but whatever, right?” Hammer Bro smiled after getting off his horse.
“Haha... I’m guessing you all would like to see these eggs hatch, right?” Yoshi smiled as it took the wagon to the front door.
“Yeah!” All of the present group, excluding Yumeko, smiled as they followed Yoshi. “Sure, whatever..” Yumeko shrugged.

Everyone rushed outside to see the eggs and one by one they hatch to reveal different colored Yoshis.
“Wow, this is like a rainbow of Yoshis, including the one we know!!” Haruka exclaimed happily.
“Also to believe this is really a farming area... I thought...” Chihaya, sweat dropped realizing the goof up she thought earlier before arriving.
“Yeah... we’ve definitely made fools of ourselves for thinking that...” Ritsuko rubbed the back of her head in embarrassment. (In case you didn’t know from what Benjamin said of Moo Moo Galaxy last chapter.. well... it was more on the... well... “dirty” side... no more shall be said. End of discussion)*
“Wow, this amazing!” Autumn, one of the sisters beheld the sight. Spring and Summer, her older sisters, as well as Winter, her younger, beheld the sight as well.
“Auugghh...” The voice of Kamek groaned as the Magikoopa groaned in pain.

“YOU!!!” All of Team Mario and the Idols yelled out in anger.
*Insert Theme: “The Blue Wizard” (Paper Mario: Sticker Star)*
Kamek hovered weakly on his broom, “Yowww... My aching back!” His bone cracked slightly as he sighed, “Well, I'd say I've done enough mayhem here...”
Yumeko, looking really angry over seeing Ryou’s saddened face earlier, retorted, “No, you’ve done enough mayhem in your life!”
Kamek looked at Yumeko and began to feign fear in a mocking tone. “Oh my, what a frightening young lady! Whatever shall I do?!”, then decided to speak in his normal tone. “Please, causing trouble is the Royal Koopa family's job and the job of those who serve them and we love it! We could never have enough! Anyway, I must return to His Highness's side...”
Mario rushed forward in front of the Magikoopa, “WAIT! KAMEK! What is-a Bowsa planning to do with da Lumas and da newborns?!”
Kamek smirked at the red plumber, “Kehehehehehe! Wouldn't you like to know, Mario.”, but before he could muster a chance to get away, Rosalina herself appeared in front of the Magikoopa and pointed her wand at him.
“Answer us. What are you planning to do with my children?” The cosmic princess asked in a stern voice.
Takane, thinking of the Luma as well and remembering her battle experience with King Boo back at Creepy Steeple, decides to join Rosalina in her side of the argument. “Those poor star infants will not remain in your brutish king's captivity so long as I stand.”
Kamek halted his argument early as he adjusted his glasses and took a closer look at the silver haired Idol. “Hmm, Takane Shijou, 765 Pro's ‘Silver Queen’, am I correct?” then all of a sudden began to blush, “For a girl such as you, especially one with such princessly features and beauty that even His Powerfulness will want you forever, you’ve got some spunk to declare yourself an opposer of the Koopa Army. You’ve got some reckless guts like from that Tomboy Delinquint who assaulted the Young Master. Anyway, Young Lord Iggy will handle things here...” And with that, Kamek escapes into the stars, apparently when a large metallic moon appeared in the galaxy, apparently where Iggy is waiting.

Birdo, who stayed out of the limelight for a bit for some reason, responded, “That wasn't there before...”
Winter took a step closer to look at this strange new moon, “Is it just me or is that moon getting closer?”
“That's not a moon... It's a Space Station."
Everyone stared at Benjamin, who seemed to somehow know the orbiting body getting close to the planet.
“... What? It's either that or an orbular Star Carrier." Benjamin shrugged, to which everyone comically fell down.

Menawhile, at the Center of the Universe...
*Center of the Universe ~ Near the Core*
*Insert Theme: “Bowser’s Galaxy Reactor” (Super Mario Galaxy)*
A Koopa Waiter delivered the Koopa Kings’ order to the master, “Here’s your Meatbone, Sire.”, to which Bowser chews the Meatbone’s meat, swallows it, and breathed fire upwards. “Wow! Lemme see- herbed AND spiced. My compliments to the chef!” Bowser smiled with delight.
“As you wish, Sire.” The Koopa Waiter bowed down before showing himself out. Just then the Koopa King caught sight of his son’s airship.
“Papa! I’m back!!” Bowser Jr. cried out happily.
“How did it go??” Bowser asked in curiousity, to which his son gave a proud smile.
“See for yourself!” Bowesr Jr. smiled before turning to one of the minions, “Be gentle with her there.” The minion carefully lowered a still crystallized Makoto, though the crystal in cut to a rectangular shape without harming her. Bowser’s red eyes were in awe over his son’s success.
“I present to you, Makoto Kikuchi, the crazy tomboy idol, in crystal art! I had one of the minions do all the carving.” Bowser Jr. announced as he hopped off the airship. The look on Bowser’s impressed face was clear for anyone to see.
“And that's some art! But when I look at her, why am I getting flashbacks of that movie series I saw that the nerds watched and loved? Ah, never mind about that.” Bowser smiled, before he accidentally reminded himself of the nerdy lizard from the Bitlands, but quickly regained his focus as he hugged his son. “Well done, son! You definitely have ways of kidnapping young maidens like your ol' papa!”
“Aww, Papa!” The mischievous son blushed but just then, Kammy Koopa entered the scene and saw Bowser Jr.
“Oh, my prince, you've returned?” Kammy asked Bowser Jr., to which he happily responded, “And triumphant!”
Bowser, looking a little peeved that Kammy had the nerve to interrupt his son’s victorious moment, asked, “What do you want, Kammy?”
The old crone, adjusting her glasses, responded, “Pardon my intrusion, Your Muscularness. But a report from Corporal Paraplonk reports that he and his troops came across an asteroid made of Star Bits and are delivering them as we speak.”
Bowser, thinking of what his troops were doing at the moment, decided, “I see... We really need the brats and we can't have them dying of starvation. You and Kamek have been keeping me informed well on how things are running smoothly. You continue doing so. Before you go...” The Koopa King pointed at the frozen Makoto, “Find someone to mount that Idol who attacked my son on TOP of my throne.”
Kammy saluted and took her leave, leaving Bowser and Bowser Jr. to ready the mounting.

“Papa, do you think she still see and hear everything even like that?” Bowser jr. asked in curiousity, which made the Koopa King curious as well.
“I don’t know, Junior.” Bowser answered as he got up from his throne. “Maybe she does, maybe she doesn't. But...” He then stomped forward toward the frozen Makoto. “Now you see what happens to those who mess with me, my army and my family. And you shall be a remindful example of that warning fact to your friends when they arrive!”

Looks like a boss battle is up at the satellite where Iggy is at, and he too is not going to make things easy for Mario or the Idols, but maybe HE has the vital clue needed to find the Center of the Universe. Will our heroes defeat Iggy and make it to the Center of the Universe to Makoto before she stays a permanent fixture at Bowser’s throne?? Find out next chapter!
By the way, I’ve had some major help from HairyBlob2 of DeviantArt again. I sometimes have trouble thinking up plots on my own lately, so the help is really appreciated! Also, the 2 mini games were inspired by the Dream Events from the “Mario and Sonic Olympic Games’ games...in fact I’m also looking forward to seeing shots for the next one..for Sochi in Russia!
