Yes they are older than they are in the show. Maybe juniors or seniors in high school. (let's say seniors, so they're at least 18) I like to picture Tweek being very insecure about his condition while Craig is overprotective and likely to kick the ass of anyone who goes near his beloved Tweek. X3

I wonder how the other South Park boys would react to the idea of Tweek and Craig having a baby? I know Craig's little sister briefly mentioned the idea in Fractured But Whole, saying she'd make the coolest aunt. XD for a fangirl like me, where there is yaoi, there is likely Mpreg to follow XD
