well... they do surprisingly have a few things in common

both need blood to activate/use their powers

both obtain said power by "becoming one" with another character (Ryuko with Senketsu, Denji with Pochita)

both are badass protagonists who learned to not give a fuck

both have their own badass guitar-based theme that plays in the background when shit's going down!

I put this together after re-watching Kill la Kill and Chainsaw Man simultaneously. Can ya blame me? XD;
