I'm going to be totally honest and say that as a kid I shipped Bubbles and Boomer from The Powerpuff Girls.
This crazy childhood ship resurfaced after reading SBJ's More Than Human fic. Never in a MILLION YEARS did I ever think I would catch myself reading a PPG fic! (Like seriously, it's awesome and deserves a read^^)

Lol same! Man that cartoon was perfect for the girls in our childhood! It definitely made me feel empowered being a kid and being confident in my Tom-boy personality lol. It didn't shame girls for liking cute things/wearing cute outfits, or being tough/sporty. I'm glad we got such a gem of a cartoon like that emerge in our childhood. Lol it feels like all I've been doing is fanart lately
