gaaaah!SO much work okay okay so my math today with my creepy teacher was WEIRD like he was asking me personal questions,plus i got like tons of homeowrk to do>.< and my history teacher startted screaming at everyone who loosing her phoneP.E. was okay i guess besides me being bored all day but i did see my old friend but she was completly ignoring me and all that with stress

oh boy sounds like u had a really rough day. Just remember to keep talking with ur counselor about ur teacher. As everyone keeps telling me (which i really should follow their advice ) try to relax and maybe listen to some music or draw some pictures wen u get home. But still remember to finish the work and dnt get in trouble. take it slow best as u can and im sure u'll do fine as for ur history teacher screaming lolz it sounds like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed if the same things happens again do ur best not to answer him back, especially if u answer any question in a specific tone, teachers tend to take offense for some reason. so just be careful ^^ oh and for help with any tests or homework. try chewing gum and lsitening to music while doing hw at home. and before a test smell peppermint or vanilla to help u calm ur nerves. it helps :3
