due to the fact i don't have a scanner
and with online art i am "special"xD i can only draw on paper, i might have the contest ebtry but xD no one would be able to see it.

SPOILER FOR S4 DOCTOR WHO:
Uhm, he gets shot by a Dalek and regenerates, but doesn't completely regenerate, just heals and redirects the rest of the regeneration energy into his hand. In a jar.
His hand got chopped off just after he regenerated into Ten, so he had some regegeneration energy left to grow a new hand. Long story short, he gets his hand back, and it's in a jar.
So he gets shot, regenerates, flows the extra energy into his hand and doesn't change the way he looks
