No, in canon Ron is a boy. When I first got into SlendyTubbies I was watching gameplay. The game and Ron never actually give any clues to their gender so I thought they were a girl. It didn’t help that I think Ron is a gender neutral name (is that weird?). And so far I’ve always stuck with it.
Long story short: Canon? No. This AU? Yes
