A little doodle I was inspired to do by a friend.
We were trying to come up with ideas for her to draw so we used artprompt.org to generate objects. (Scenarios was too complicated)
One of them was 'Diary of the Dead'.
It started out as just a book of souls. But then I twisted Undertale into this and this little bit of head canon was born.

'During his research ScienceSans found a book he wasn't familiar with. It had strange markings and stains on it. It was actually Chara's diary. It was her diary that she wrote in as she continued her genocide runs and contained detailed descriptions of the deaths of each of Sans' friends, even Sans himself. The past of SOULS of those runs still resided in that diary however, trapped in sorrow and hatred. Now they've been found and freed. But what will Sans do with them? How will this help his research? Or what path will this new material lead him down? Did he even want to know?'
