OMFG IT"S FINISHED! xDTook me FOREVER. I got lazy when I got to Ash/Satoshi and Pikachu, so the shading sucks. But it's DONE!
So happy . . . Yes, yes, it's a Pokemon Makeover in all its cel-shaded glory. Set when Ash/Satoshi is 16-20 years old, in a random Pokecenter. They haven't seen each other in a while, yet remain oblivious to each other's presence.
I'm not a rabid fan of the series due to the insane amounts of repetitive-ness and oh-so-friendly characters. (I dislike it even more after the voice-acting change. *shudder*) And their outfits are so amazingly dull. (T-shirts and jeans . . . *twitch*) And Ash never seems to age. EVER. xDDD Seriously.
Well, yeah, that's pretty much the only reason this was created. xD First I wanted to see Ash older. And then all the other stuff snuck in. > >;;

Oh man, this pictures was done extremely well. Ash sure does look older, taller and with a different outfit. Interesting Pokeball strap idea, I think - different from the usual 'belt'.
Although I would've thought that Ash would be using Great and Ultra Balls by now. *shrugs* Ah well. Minor detail.
The subtle touches are nice as well, with the Caterpie, Pichu, and Dragonair (or is it Dratini - I have difficulty telling them apart).
I see Ash went back to his original hat - considering all the fuss he made around it, I was astounded when he changed it without a second thought. I like the white hat better, too.
Nice Onix on Brock's back, as well.
And finally, Pikachu looks, well, terrified.

It is a Dragonair - I don't blame you for confusing the two at that distance. xDD

and then james said when he was a child he had a futureistic pokemon.

thabk god!! i'm not the only person who thought pokemon was crap becuase of those reason. i mean pokemons been going on for what 7 -10 years and he still looks 11!! and they should seriously see about putting at least alittle bit more effort into the animation.

almost didn't see team rocket...I was too busy looking at the details in the other characters.

Lol yeah repetitive series... heres the plot for every episode:
go to (insert place here)
meet random pokemon
Brock comes onto the attractive girl they end up staying with and gets shot down
pokemon has a problem and is rejected by the herd
team rocket arrive with giant vaccuum and start sucking up all the pokemon, but pikachu cant stop them because it's electric proof.
reject pokemon saves the day. team rocket blast off after a thunderbolt
reject pokemon is accepted into the herd.
everyone reflects on reject pokemon and realise its ok to be different
they all walk off at sunset waving goodbye.
So yeah, i know what you mean by the repetitive part... but the games make me mad still... i like the clothing used, and team rocket are a funny touch lol. infact... i would wear ash's clothing... <_< good job!
