That sounds incredible; I've always had a thing for the Dark Eldars' malevolent styling. As for which Wolf Lord I want to see corrupted... I have to go with Jorin Bloodhowl, the Wolf Lord of the ill-fated 13th. I hate to be one of those fluff-hards, but the 13th Great Company DID go missing in the warp chasing after Magnus the Red. What do you think?

sounds like a good idea but I was only able to find one really lame picture of Jorin Bloodhowl and it wasn't even a painted model so I don't even know what color his beard is. Could you describe what he looks like (or what you think he should look like after he gets corrupted)?

Hey man, sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you! I always pictured him with a full mane of blood drenched (or streaked) blonde hair, like a lion after gorging itself inside the rib cage of its prey. I think that, for the Wolves in particular, once in the furls of Chaos the bestial need for their prey's flesh would be nearly instatiable. Given his age and the time the Canis Helix would have had to warp him into an abhuman monstrosity, I picture him as more wulfen than man; the Chaotic influence may exacerbate those effects, as well. Being a former Space Wolf he'll definitely be clad in his power armor sans helmet to leave his sense of smell uninhibited. The older wolves faces tend to have a leathery surface lined with numerous scars, their noses lengthen a small amount and their nostrils flare, and their canine teeth become fangs. As far as his pose, I'd like to see what you have in mind but an idea I had was a front-on view of Jorin roaring into the sky with a freshly mutilated Thousand Son (pre- or post-Heresy since it's in the Warp)at his feet, blood pouring from his maw. Given what I have seen you do, I think you will nail that sort of thing. I can't wait to see what you come up with!

Okay what about a massive battle scene with terminator squads, dreadnoughts, landspeeders, landing capsules and really cool marines with special weapons in one giant picture? is this a realistic scenario? (I only ask because I'm new to the warhammer 40k universe and I don't want to piss off the fans by making something that would never happen) Who are the marines fighting btw? dark elders?

Dark Eldars are very good Enemies for Marines.
And in End of Gamerounds is a big scenario - imagine: for example ONLINE U can battle 3 vs. 3 - OK - army is limited - but I think U can make it bigger

Thanks! The characters were meant to be dark angel marines that turned to chaos (also known as the fallen). They are based on the warhammer 40k universe so I did not invent anything new other than some of the things I improvised like the antennas, the lights on the guns/helmet. I painted all of this in Photoshop elements with a tablet, using about a hundred different images of space marines for my reference. I should note that I did not copy and paste anything from other sources, *other than one concrete texture to add some grittiness* so its all original in that sense... but the short answer is no these guys are not my own design.

The "smokiness" of the scene just really helps set the mood for the piece. Very nice work!

Hah, thanks I'm glad you liked it... The smokiness also reflects the laziness of the artist. I did like the way it came out, but I often do things like add fog just because I'm too lazy to add detail to things like the legs/background.

See, an uptight Space Marine player would holler at you for being "off the Codex", but as a Xeno player (ork, nid, nechron, dark eldar, tau)*not all at once* I have a well rounded look at the sides and the turns of the galaxy's heros and villains. I personally think the regular Marines are corrupted anyways and you brought my little belief into a vivid and awe inspiring light!
