Nice love the detail and the depth of field.

I hope and pray that sometime in my lifetime that this becomes a sight I get to see, that when I look up into the night sky I know that there's eyes looking back to me. I can't wait to see where humanity goes and how we develop.

They are going to need to develop life extension if you ever want to see that. Terraforming Mars to the point it can support widespread vegetation will take a couple centuries at the very least.

lol oh I don't mean fully terraformed XD no, I know I won't last that long! But to see us get some kind of habitat with long term plans for the future! That'd be great!

Elon Musk said he'd send people to Mars by 2020. I think we will start to colonize Mars within the next fifty years. I would also like to see humanity achieve great things. Also, there already are eyes looking back at you when you're looking up into the night sky. There is no way that Earth is the only planet with intelligent life in the universe.

I can only hope so! That'd be very cool to see in my lifetime! A Mars Colony and the chance to start branching out among the starts would prove to be a benefit to human society and help uplift things in our current culture of doom, gloom, manufactured outrage, and disposability. lol and I have to agree with you there! The idea that space is so huge, yet humanity is the ONLY species out there is nothing short of narcissism at it's very highest degree!

We are never going to see a terraformed Mars. Ever. Not unless we develop a way to create a magnetic field around an entire planet, since Mars lacks such a field - which is probably why its atmosphere is mostly gone.

lol Never is an awfully final word, and I don't presuppose myself to be the ultimate authority of what we as a people can and cannot produce. Who knows what we could develop in the next 50 or so years. Maybe even sooner if it became a pressing issue for the powers at be. So hopefully, the future holds a few surprises for the people who follow after us!

Unless we have a way of creating a stable planetary magnetic field, it won't happen. Colonization is possible, but we will not see terraforming in our lifetime, or even our great-grand children's lifetimes.

Well, for those fortunate enough to see it when it does happen, I hope they take plenty of pictures! lol
