haha, well it is actually an effect applied in Photoshop. I used Lens Blur in combination with alpha channels(with a radial gradient) to specify how the image will be blurred.

Oh i can see it now! I was viewing the pic on my phone so it looked a little odd! I see its Virginia Creeper up the walls of a house.
Looks like the effect you get with one of those lens baby things.
