Perhaps it would have Swampfire's green skin as a green part of Upgrade like yours

Also, he would have Upgrade's lines shaped like Swampfire's black lines, Swampfire's body shape and he would look more organic than Ugrade, similar to UpVine. I couldn't think of a look of his head, but that's the best I could think of SwampGrade's design. One more thing for the end.
