After witnessing the happiness that his cousin Joel and new cousin in law Camille Mann showed despite the problems that her family had caused beforehand, Ben turned to Gwen promising that no matter what they'd stay strong throughout the years and hope to be able to stand in the same area and share their love for the near future. Gwen nodded her head and held to that promise her friend whom she was budding affections towards him during the trip had said.
