That details as shoe lances, cable- it all makes a feeling of movement, of rush. So energetic
You're really incredible Shelly, you put so much of work in every art. Need to spend a little more time to see all the details: reflections, shadows, stronger and weaker coloring in various places.
You sure spend a lot of time on choosing colors, for example tone of shoes (green) looks so positive and nice
Its not a first color, you sure was changing in a lot of time and choose the best in the end.
Color of hair also fresh as grass

You have so much of will to draw, this is really impressive.
Right now I would like to do arts that are more simple, not big projects.
I am just a little tired mentally and I want to rest with art, draw something easy and fast as that Akira. When I will rest, when I will have more mental energy then I will sure want to draw something more detailed.
You're way better artist then me and you always will be. And its ok with me, I will be your fan ^_^

I have to be in the mood to draw. Some months I dont draw at all, others I draw all day everyday. Listening to music and looking and tutorials inspire me to draw

I also had long months when I didnt drew at all but now I can draw.
Same with me. I repeat myself, I dream, I write in my diary that I love to draw but sometimes I dont want.
But if i will force myself to draw a little then next I dont want to stop.
So maybe sometimes is enough to start.

Its propably from Japanese manga course, I would like to have more materials from that course but I have only few photos. I will send it to you, its really helpful but I dont know it will be a manga style that you like and want to draw.

Any face tutorials will do fine, even if they are not manga. I actually found a face tutorial here on DA. It was very helpful for me, it had all the different views and perspectives.

To use tutorial I must first like the style that it teach.
There is no point in learning something that we dont like, art must be fun first of all.

as of ideas on the back-round like a stage or a basement. stage: like black floor and lots of colored lights and maybe some hands with glow sticks and some stage equipment like some wires and stuff. basement : like u know....boxes in the back-round maybe see a bit of the drums or someone singing or some like....old clothes...old photos or something X)
