why do people do this with mainly flutteshy for her being different creatures

I haven't experienced yet that this is done mostly with Fluttershy, but I think the reason is, because she is portrayed in the show with so much different behavior or personalities.
For example, we have "Flutterguy" or "Flutterrage".
The others are mostly the same, except some single episodes.
