WoW is an amazing game. The only thing I dislike is the fact that people hate certain classes and automatically hate you if you are one of those classes :/
The other day I was doing a scenario with my lvl 90 Draenei Hunter. There was a mage in the group. We finished the first scenario and did another one. A warlock was added. He had no idea what he was doing and therefore messed it up a bit at first but it was ok. So at the end, the mage whispers me "Wanna do another one?"
And then as I'm replying, I see them say to me
"I don't want that huntard in the group."
I believe they sent that by accident. But really, huntard. Why do people hate hunters so much? Really, I was doing very good at the scenarios and I tried to help. I didn't die once and didn't mess up. I knew what I was doing. Why the hate?

Tell me about it. And it gets worse with races too. Play as a gnome, people give you the hardest times in LFR without any provocation. I love WoW so much, but it does have an elitist, jerk fandom.

Lol yea. It's a fun game but many of the people on it are so bad. There is basically a couple classes that are 'the best' and the rest 'suck' and if you are one of those sucky classes, everyone automatically hates you and thinks you are a bad player. I don't get it. It's with the races too. And then in bg's and dungeons, oh my. Slightest mistake and you are being bullied. If your team is losing a bg, people start freaking out. If you mess up a dungeon, people freak out. It's terrible.
I was on there with a kid who is about 10 years old and when they told me their age they asked
"Wait, are you gonna be mean to me?"
So I say
"Why?"
"Because people on the internet are mean to younger kids"
It's really sad. I don't see why everyone just can't enjoy the game and have fun. I like the game and have been playing it for 2 years. I really don't interact with people though unless I have to.

I started playing it ten years ago. Been about three years since I stopped, ran out of money. Took me two years just to get past lvl 10 cuz I'm what you call an alt-o-holic. The jerks I ran into, I just talked to. Some of them didn't realize they were being jerks. Some of them didn't care about anything. You just sort of learn who is good and who is not.
