ha! I'm late to the party, I just watched the new episode last night and it looks like it was leaked like a week ago, oh well.also the episode gave me a feeling like things are ending...like no more seasons...or I may be just paranoid (but not an android)

The partner and competitor of Rainbow Dash in the Wonderbolts academy episode of season 3.
There she is shown as someone very competitive that will not care hurting others if she gets her goals, someone designed to have little simpathy by the public but not a plain personality either.
This comic gives a dramatic and cruel background event that show why she is that competitive and why she wants so badly to join the wonderbolts.
Btw, there is also a Fallout:Equestria reference.

Well, because of LD's personality, she is capable of taking a tragic accident head-on. Lightning probably decided to stay strong and become a Wonderbolt to make grampy proud. But what it doesn't explain is her recklessness, wouldn't she be kinda real cautious after she saw what happened to Shining?
