the first time I talked to nook in new leaf it felt weird, he was nice....maybe too nice. I was expecting him to be like, well like he used to be, but now he's a pretty nice and decent(?) guy/racoon. there's something wrong, I don't think that's the same nook at all D:Related content

Actually, Nook has always been a nice guy. He just seems nicer because he isn't as stressed out from running two businesses anymore. He also seems to have gotten his friendship with Sable and Mable back on track.

Yeah I noticed that too about Nook, but it does feel a little less pressured to go expand your house now.
Maybe he's becoming a bit eccentric? The fact he's the only contractor in town might make him feel secure in the community. It's not like he's running a clothing shop frankly.

I find it strange that you can make the Animal Crossing villagers asΒ cute as they do in the actual game. I mean, sure, they look easy to draw, but... God, Lyle looks adorable!
