Kimba is the name of the baby lion.(He's Panja's son) The two lions come from Jungle Emperor Leo/Kimba the White Lion which is one of Osamu Tezuka's most famous work(And Walt Disney's Lion King is told to be inspired of Tezuka's work, that's why Kimba's father say "Simba" first

No, you're wrong. Kimba WAS a show from the 60's that even some of the voice actors for the Lion King say they grew up watching. In fact, the guy who voiced Simba said in an interview that at first he was told(or thought he was told) he'd be doing the voice of Kimba, and he was really excited since he loved Kimba when he was a kid. TLK WAS going to be a Kimba movie, and it was even originally titled Jungle Empeor, the original Japanese title for the Kimba anime. Due to the difficulty of acquiring the rights to the Kimba show however, Disney was forced to change up the original story, change Kimba to Simba, and mix in some story elements from Shakespeare. The scripts underwent several different versions before it became what made it into the movie.
If you simply research early material for the Lion King itself, you'll find a concept art of a white lion cub playing with a butterfly, a clear reference to the first episode of Kimba, who was guided to the African shore while lost at sea by butterflies shortly after his birth on a ship.
Still with all of this info, its still hard to PROVE TLK is a Kimba ripoff, but may show that the creators were inspired in some part by the old anime series. But if you claim that KIMBA is a ripoff of TLK, you'd be mistaken. Look up the release date for the Kimba tv series, and look at the release date of TLK. Unless someone had a time machine or a TARDIS and went back 30 years after seeing TLK for the first time to make Kimba, Kimba CLEARLY came first.
I do believe however, that you're simply thinking about the Kimba movies, which DID come out after TLK first launched, which were made by people who did not work on the original tv series and may have made the movies to remind people about Kimba and possibly hint at the fact Disney may or may not have been influenced by the old series. The movies, having been made after TLK, did use SOME scenes that may have been inspired by TLK, but over all, each Kimba movie has a VASTLY different storyline.
So for your clarification:
Kimba anime series-->The Lion King movie-->Kimba movies
