Male horses do not actually have nipples nor mammary glands. (Females do have naturally.) So unlike some other species males (like humans) they cannot produce any milk what-so-ever. (I'm referring here to some of those rare reports of human males producing milk.)

It would be gross if you were drinking human breast milk for sure. But people in the world drink camel milk, yak milk, sheep milk, goat milk and make cheese from it. Not everyone drink cow milk. And I'm sure they don't taste exactly the same.
