If human milk is even sweeter than cow's milk, then I wouldn't be able to stand it. I have never been able to tolerate anything but 2% milk all my life, and my whole family with the exclusion of my lactose intolerant sister was raised on the stuff. Whole cow's milk is too rich for me, I doubt whole human milk would earn any approvals from me.
If they sold 2% or 1% human milk, maybe I would try it.

Ponies are mammalian creatures that give birth to live young and feed them milk until those young are old enough to be weaned. Yes, ponies have breasts -- although they're closer in structure to cow's udders. (Which, of course, are basically breasts.)
