That's what I'm saying! It's weird that we can drink milk of other species without hesitation, but our own is considered as disgusting! I wonder why it's so fucked up! The same with wars, sadism and other stuff...only primates do such things... The question is: Why?

I totally agree with you. Although I don't drink milk at all. It's not natural to drink milk as a grown up, humans are the only that does it what I know of. And I find the taste of milk quite disgusting

Because it is nourishing, and it a replenishing source of nutrients at that. If you have a female animal, like a cow or a mare or a goat, you can:
A: Use it for work, such a plowing a field, or carrying saddlebags, or riding, if the animal is large enough.
B: Kill it and consume the meat. You only get to do this once, and it takes great effort to preserve the meat you don't immediately eat.
C: Milk it.
If you milk the animal, you don't lose it, but you instead gain a nutrient factory. It consumes the things that you yourself can't digest, and gives you a daily replenishing supply of extracted nutrients, without having to actually kill and consume the animal.
That is why humans drink milk. We learned how to get nutrients from our animals without destroying the animal.

Well yes, I know all that, my closest neighbours are cows.
That doesn't change the fact that humans are ( as far as I know ) the only milk-drinking grown-up.

A lot of central asians like the mongols or yakuts still drink mare milk and before cows were introduced, so did a lot of baltic tribes. Apparently, it has a lot more natural milk sugar and 30 or 40% more calcium. Or was it lactose...? Anyways, they say it's a lot healthier and tastier than cow's milk and it's still sold in some asian countries. Look up Kumis.

Funny Story, This happened to My best friend at a get together she had, She offed me some sweets she made and I said no (not really into sugar), Later, I was in her kitchen getting a soda and her mom asked for a milk jug that had no label, long story short, I could not for the love of me stop laughing every time one of them ate another piece of cake. XD

To mis-quote a certain ex-Secretary of Defense, "You use what you've got." The Sami people (usually known as Laplanders) drink reindeer milk. The Masai in Africa drink their milk mixed with cow blood. Saharan tribes drink camel milk. Mare's milk may or may not have been an acquired taste or a delicacy, but if it was what they had, I'm not going to begrudge their drinking it. (Although I'm sure that a lot of thirsty foals did...
