I'm glad season 3 started! and I'm really excited about pinkie, scootaloo (best pony?) and trixie episodes, this is gonna be good.have a comic.

If you commission an artists to do something and have already accepted the artists' finished piece as meeting your expectations, I doubt you have much legit ground left to ask for a refund - it isn't the artist's fault that you ordered a piece based on speculations and your prediction turned out wrong. Even if you canceled your order before the piece got finished, you would still be expected to pay compensation for the work that has already been done and the materials that have already been used or ordered specifically for it.
