hey guys remember when I told you about my worst nightmare? NO? did I mention that it had lots of leeches? what? NO? oh! did you know there's a movie called "the attack of the giant leeches?" go and watch it.bonus if you know what it feels to have a leech sucking your blood ....goddammit!

Never had a leech on me, don't plan to, but I think leeches are incredibly useful if you're unfortunate enough to get bitten by a venomous snake

“... and a week later Apple Bloom was rushed to the emergency room because her appendix had burst and she was afraid to tell anypony.” (Darren Pitter-Patter wimped out on giving her a get well card too.) Poor dear is never going to get over this, and I feel so sorry for her. But it could be worse: she could have to watch that movie (and not the MST3K version).
My only question is why does Sweetie Belle have a teasing expression in the first panel? It almost seems like she's up to no good. Was this an elaborate plan so Sweetie Belle could take forty leeches?
