Hmm. I've created my own "anti-crests," though I refer to them as the Dark Crests, and I was wondering what process you used to make these, in an attempt to replicate the style.
Although, I may add them onto the parallelogram thingy the original Crests were on, as well...

I used MS Paint to draw the crests, and an old version of Photoshop to color them. Then once I had the crests, to make the anti-crests, I turned/rotated/skewed each of the crests in Photoshop. If you just turn it horizontally or vertically, you don't need to retrace the original crest, but for rotation and skewing I had to completely retrace some crests. And then I inverted their colors, but sometimes I just completely recolored them if I didn't look how they looked inverted.
Sounds great. I just like symbols, myself, the crests appeared on so many things that I think they're good enough to just draw alone.

I was going to do the symbols for the eight digimon demons, which are the actual opposites for the crests.

I would say go for it. I love Digimon myself, so I'd love to check them all out, and I'm pretty sure there are a lot of other Digimon fans on here who would love to see well-done original art. Go for it!
