OKAY I only have a few things that I want to mention about this. The idea for this (although it seems majorly up to interpretation) is actually quite nice and the wind seems to have a swirling effect around the pony. Your anatomy is amazing though I do think perhaps her wing should be a bit lower down, your shading and lighting are awesome as well as the effects you put in, and I would also say there's probably a shadow being cast by the batwing. This could also just be me but I feel like her left eye should be the lowered one and kindof squinting and the right should be the higher one, because of how strong the wind seems to be blowing her mane. That's pretty much it, I would also like to say I love the way you did the mane and the fluff on her chest. (majorly disregard the star thing as I really don't know how to rate things most of the time.)
