Description
Ever since the mountain clans first charged downslope to carve out what would be Robania, Goroly Timberknights have been a national icon, and the image of these hardy woodland cavalrymen bursting forth from out of the misty forest has since been instilled into minds across Altirus. While many left Robania, rendered powerless and penniless after the failure of the Lords' Uprising, some of their contemporary counterparts stayed behind, and would go on to fight in the Westenlands Wars. Though propaganda and films depicted them as leading suicidal charges into battle like their ancestors, these Goroly clansmen instead preferred to launch hit-and-run raids on unsuspecting camps with submachine guns and petrol bombs, or act as highly mobile anti-tank marksmen.
