they may be Chaos Space Marine's cannon fodders. but what about Adeptus Mechanicus and Dark Eldar?

if Adeptus Mechanicus becomes Playable race, they got Cybernetically-enhanced versions of Imperial Guard and Space Marine for their infantry, their vehicles includes Imperial Titans and Knights

Mechanicus would fall under one of the Imperial factions. There isn't going to be a separate Mechanicus faction.
