Description
A heavily armored TCP (東京中心の警察; Tokyo Central Police) Officer. The shown example is outfitted with riot gear, though the only difference between that and SWAT is balaclava, no shield, and better guns.The figure to the upper right of the drawing shows TCP Headgear with the visor down and gas-mask equipped.
And the thing in his left hand is NOT A GUN: It's a Tonfa.
