Hi lazer, I'm going to respond to your other messages at a later point (when I have more time) as you've raised some interesting points but I wanted to respond to this one now. I have improved tremendously but it's purely down to practice and a new approach. My earlier work was mostly hand drawn and didn't adapt well for colouring so I've spent the last 18 months teaching myself digital illustration and I believe I have improved with every piece. I do miss drawing on paper, however, and return to it once my x project is finished. I feel like I'm cheating by using vectors! I'm not as adept with a pad yet as I am pencil which is why the designs are somewhat stiff.
