The winds of the world he had always known changed. It was as if time and space itself warped and writhed, the very air's consistency changing into something only he could breath. Each thump of his heart echoed in his head; now the only place he could perceive sound seeing as the world he shifted to was without a single chime or scream. Erin had shifted his reality into something he only barely knew, a parallel plane to which he was told was nothing more than Purgatory. It was a place where only the dead could haunt him, he was free from the living.

When Erin travels to Purgatory he always bring a backpack. He'd be lost without his Frito's and Capris Suns.
