Did a quickish digipaint from a still of The Fall. I did eyedrop the colors so I didn't get stuck doing another blue-skin-red-highlight scheme as I do. ANYWAYS, it's sloppy but I like it that way.Related content

did you have a basic outline sketch before or did you just go for it?

I used Adobe Photoshop CS5 and an array of brushes I have.
It's been a really long time since I've done this and sorry god it took me forever to reply to this! I think I did thick brush strokes of colors to build the form, so I guess I just went for it, though I usually only do that when doing a realistic portrait.
