She's supposed to be just smiling, but if she was talking it would probably be to the animal on the tree.

in a way the first 4 all connect as one. 1st she's chatting to her animal friend when in the 2nd dash crashes out of the tree from her nap knocking out the egg in panel 3 and after catching it and rolling safely away we see her in panel 4 upside down. and of course even panel 5 works in as the celebration for saving the egg hehe.
