A homemade Wacky Package,1970s style.One of the most popular products to be introduced in the 70's,the only reason I can think of that Nutter Butter cookies didn't become a Wacky Package is because they were from Nabisco,and Topp's had been on the outs with them ever since Ratz Crackers !
