Good thing when it comes to humor mags, only Alfred E. Newman and his MAD Magazine are still around today.

Largely because they were the first...in its early days,as a comic book,it had a dozen imitators,none of which lasted beyond a few issues.
After it became a magazine in the late 50's,more imitators followed...and of all of them,CRACKED is the runner-up in longevity,lasting from 1958 to 2007 (although I believe there's now a website bearing its name).In third place,SICK,lasting for 20 years.Marvel's CRAZY lasted 10.
I suppose you can also count National Lampoon,even though that was definitely NOT for kids.
